Tooling

Tooling is responsible for the management of all the equipment and tools of a factory, and establishes interactive relationship with the production route. Tooling is also in charge of related materials such as parts and accessory inventory management and equipment maintenance.

The system planning goals are as follow:

• Basic equipment information maintenance
• WIP module integration
• Parts inventory management

  Functions such as production requisition, return management, internal maintenance, external repair management, scrap management, site consumption record, and insufficient stock inspection and warning.

• Machinery monitor interface

  Base on different equipment status, different colors will be displayed. Thus providing the operator a more convenient way of monitoring the production.
