CMS（Carrier Management System）

During production, the carrier will carry production batch to different station and equipment. Carrier Management system manages these carriers based on their type, condition and action:

• Carrier Property Management

  Carrier maintenance, clean management group, as well as control of slot, life spam, number of usage and the maximum maintenance usage.

• Carrier Condition Management

  The system can display the condition of the carrier such as if the carrier is in usable condition or needs maintenance.

• Carrier Action Management

  The system includes load/unload production batch and component, carrier migration, sub-unit slot change, etc.

• Carrier Search

  The system provides information on the property, condition, and records.
